Summer Casual 

We’re on the hunt for an epic human to join us over summer in Rotorua.
If you love good vibes, sunshine, and working for a brand that actually gives a shit — this might just be the gig for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Picking and packing orders (with hand-written thank-you notes — yep, we’re old-school like that)

  •  Answering customer service across all channels — phone, email, socials, the lot.
    Be comfy chatting on the phone and the occasional video call (helping someone pick their Towelie colour is serious business).

  • Unboxing fresh stock, folding towelies and towels, and helping with the odd stocktake.

We’re known for EPIC customer service, so you’ll need to bring that “above and beyond” energy every single day.

Who You Are

  •  A good human

  •  Someone who shows up when they say they will

Must Haves

  • A good attitude and willingness to learn

  • Cool with being on camera/social media — we love sharing behind-the-scenes goodness

  • Basic computer skills (Shopify, Gorgias, Instagram, CapCut — nice to have, not essential)

  • Available to work weekdays between Christmas & New Year (no weekend work though — we’re not monsters)

Perks

  • ✨ No weekend work — (unless you're comfy working remotely Answering customer service, then we would love it!)

  • ⏰ Hours vary — guaranteed 15 hours (Mondays & Fridays) and up to 40 hours per week as things ramp up

  • 📆 Contract runs November through February

  • 💸 Epic staff discounts on all the good stuff

  • 💰 We pay Living Wage or higher — always
