I was a little sceptical about paying so much, I was not disappointed and would assuredly now purchase again. The fabric is woven (sign its top quality), its got great cover, looks good but what surprised me most was how it breaths beautifully. Great find for summer, stops the burn and keeps me cool, and an anywhere changing shed. Canโt fault it! Love my towelie

Bought my lightweight Clint in the Not Quite Perfect Sale in May 2024 (needed a minor repair) after being disappointed with another NZ designed microfibre brand. Clint has never let me down. Just back from 10 days camping where my towelie was used twice a day after river and ocean swims. First wash was when we got home. Sounds potentially gross but absolutely was not. My towelie dried super quick in the sun hung off a tent guy line and never got stinky like EVERY other towel product Iโve used in those circumstances!
My current Stoked collection includes my original Clint plus a heavy weight towelie for winter ocean swims, a standard towel, hair wrap (great for curly hair) a tundra, waffle towels for the bathroom, tundra small towels for camping, and three blankets (muslin, waffle and original) AND Stoked products are my go to for any gifts I need to get. Less vibrant than I hoped
This was my second towelie purchase, after giving my first one to my mum I thought I would try a new color. The tie dye is more bleached out thank I was hoping. It's always hard to tell from photos. I will still use it though.

Long story short, a bunch of his scientist buddies have spent years researching the most environmentally friendly packaging options and found that recycled plastic courier bags, that are made in NZ are better for the planet than compostable ones freighted in... So there you go.

I got the warmest towelie for my 7yo as he always gets cold quick and I hoped itโd mean he could be comfortable still playing by the pool or in the sand. He thinks itโs great and he also loves that he can get his togs off and just dry off wearing his towelie haha
